President & Founder

Mr. Billig is the founder of PST and has over 12 years of experience as a system developer and programmer specializing in the check and document imaging environment.  Jim was born in Philadelphia, PA and attended schools in South Florida and Denver, CO before moving to Tampa, FL in 1998.  Jim was VP of Operations at his previous employer and left in December 2001 to venture out on his own.  Jim founded PST in January 2002 with Rick Bales and plays an active role in sales and development of PST's products and services.  Jim enjoys wakeboarding, jet skiing, rollerblading, going to the gym, and of course, keeping up with the latest computer technologies.
